  Is it better to go in the morning, afternoon or evening to Hongkong Victorial Peak?

  what's also more convenient, taking tram to and back? or just take a bus back but tram going up?
  Also, is the weather still really cold? will be there on the 9-11th. thanks!

• The best time to the peak is at dark when the lights are on in Hk island. Both bus and tram are convenient. The temperature now is 13-22C, still a little cold.
