  What is the best outfit if I go to Hongkong on Feb 14?

  Hello....i'll be going to HK this coming February 14, is it ok if i will wear shorts, what is the best outfit i would wear,,,,is 17c is very cold?

• You have to wear a long thick overcoat outside of the shorts.
