  What are the requirements needed to get a Chinese visa?

  Hi madam,
  I am a Zambian and i have never been to china.
  
  My chinese friend wants to invite me to visit him, how can he write an invitation letter and what are the requirements does he need to help a get a visa and he is the taking care of all my expenses.
  
  Please help us, we will appreciate your quick response.

• here i found the requirement for Chinese Visa application and did not see any thing about the invitation letter. http://zm.chineseembassy.org/eng/lsfw/zjfu/qz/zgdlqz/t660214.htm
  so i think you need to consult the Chinese Embassy in Zambia.
  or you may ask your friend to consult the Exit and Enter Department in his/her city.
