• Dou Zhi (Bean Soup), Zha Gao (Fried Cake) and Jiao Quan (Fried Bread Ring).... you can find many in the Hua Tian Restaurant or Jiu Men Restaurant, both of which are famous for tradition Beijing Snacks.
