  Will it have typhoon in Taipei from Feb to Mar?

  I plan to travel from Feb 2012 or March 2011 to Taipei, what is the possibility typhoon will happen?and what climate on that month?

• the typhoon season usually between April and Oct., but there amy be rains in Feb. and March.
  the average temp. in Feb. is 12- 17C, and 14 - 20 C for March.
