Is it possible for Taiwan citizen living in Bangkok to apply for a visa to Hongkong and Macau?

Taiwan citizen living in Bangkok looking to see if it's possible to apply for a visa for travel to Hong Kong and Macau. And, how much the cost would be.

as a Taiwan residents, a visa is not needed when visiting HK or Macau, but you need to apply for an appropriate entry permit, which charges HK$ 160. you can get further information here http://www.immd.gov.hk/ehtml/hkvisas_7.htm#9
but if you hold a valid "Mainland Travel Permits for Taiwan Residents" (commonly known as "Tai Bao Zheng") may enter Hong Kong and Macau as visitor and stay for up to 7 days.
