  Can you recommend a hotel in Yuanmou for 2 nights?

  Hi! We'll take the local train from Kunming to Heijing and spend 2 nights there; and then continune up to Yuanmou on the local train.
  
  Can you recommend a hotel in Yuanmou for 2 nights?
  
  Then we'll catch a bus back to Kunming. Is there a express bus we can catch? Time table?

• i only know there are buses from Yuanmou to Kunming. the bus departs every half hour between 07:00 and 17:00.
