  Will it be windy in Taiwan on Oct 2, 2011?

  Hi, I'll be travelling to Taiwan on 2 Oct 2011, understand that the temperature will be around 23℃ - 26℃. However I'm wondering will it be windy? Do I need to wear wind breaker?

• the typhoon season is from June to October. it is hard to say whether it is windy this year. you'd better check the weather forecast before you go.
