Question about Xian Transportation

  How to get to Xian from Zhongshan South Road, Shanghai?

  Hi there,
  We will be staying at Hanting Express at Zhongshan South Road Shanghai,
  Can anyone help us how to go to Xian from here.Pls give us direction.
  Also how many hours will it take to go there and back.We just want to see
  the Terracotta soldiers.

• This will be a long journey. From Shanghai, I think you could take the night train Z92/Z93 at 19:58 from Shanghai Railway Station to get to Xian Railway Stion at 09:49 the next morning. Then, just at the east squar of Xian Railway Station, you could catch the tour special bus Line 5(306) to reach the Terra-cotta Warriors and Horse in 50 minutes.
  
  Finally, you could take the train Z91/Z94 at 17:00 or T137/T140 at 17:50 back to Shanghai after 14~17 hours.
