Do I still need to apply for Visa to Macau?

I am a citizen of Myanmar living in Singapore. I am visiting Hongkong for 4 Days but I would like to make a day trip to Macau. Do I still need to apply for Visa to Macau when I am going to apply for Visa to Hongkong?
