  Whether it is cold or not in Hongkong in November?

  Hi, we're going to Hongkong tomorrow. Wanna wear comfortable clothes so I'm planning to wear a sun dress. Would it be appropriate? Some say it's really cold in Hongkong especially November and December that's why people in the streets wear boots and trench coats...while some say the weather's just normal... ?! Thanks for the help :)
