  Does my aunt need to submit bank certificates for Chinese visa application?

  Hello! I will be going to Beijing in August together with my aunt who is 64 years old and currently retired. She is a lawyer by profession but in this trip I will be the one who will shoulder all our expenses. My question is, will she still submit bank certificates for her Chinese visa application or my bank certificates will suffice to both of us?

• is this your aunt's first time to apply for a Chinese visa? if yes, she needs to provide original bank certificate with receipt or original passbook, updated within the month that she is applying.
