  Application requirements for Z visa

  HI FREINDS I HAVE Z VISA BUT NOW I WANT TO CHANGE THE JOB BUT MY FIRST COMPANY DON'T WANT TO GIVE ANY PAPER HOW I CAN CHANGE JOB OF WHEN MY WORK CARD FINISH I CAN APPLY FOR NEW Z VISA

• I'm afraid you can't apply for a new Z visa in such a situation. You must find a new job in China and sign a labor contract with the new company. Then the company will give two documents to you: 1) Visa Notice Form from an authorized department 2) Employment Certificate for Foreigners(Working Permit) from the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the PRC
  Then you can use the documents to apply for a new Z visa in Hong Kong or India
