  Which city (Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing and Hangzhou) has more beautiful scenery and cheap shopping?

  im goin to china but i have difficulties to choose which city should i go between Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, and Hangzhou. Which the cities have more beautiful scenery and cheap shopping (handbags, clothes, shoes) that factory oulet like branded stuff.. And have differences than here in malaysia. and which is the best time to go there(china Hangzhou Beijing Shangai Guangzhou) between oct-nov-dec??

• In consideration of shopping request, I think Guangzhou, Shanghai seem to be better choice. Guangzhou has many wholesale markets to find garments but do not expect big sale of famous branded items in mainland China. It is good time to visit Shanghai and Beijing in October and become cold since Nov here. Hangzhou has similar climate with Shanghai, but spring is the most beautiful season to visit Hangzhou.
