  What is the weather in Harbin in late Sep?

  Please advise the weather condition in Harbin in 3rd week September to end September 2011, is it a rainy season and what attire should I bring, thank you.

• it is getting cold in September, esp. the end of Sept.. as for clothes, you can wear the a long-sleeves T-shirt, a normal jacket and jeans.
  don't forget to check the weather before you go.
