  Can i apply my Employment Permit at Hong Kong?

  Hi
  
  I am Malaysian, which will take an eployment soon in coming May 2011. My China local employer was helping me apply "Alien Employment License" at this moment. And i am plan to visit by using my L visa before they get this employment license. My question is, can i apply my Employment Permit at Hong Kong instead of in Malaysia, China Embassy ? Please advise, can i do so..thanks

• no, you can only get the Chinese work visa through the Chinese Embassy in your country.
