Question about Lhasa Weather

  What the weather is likely to be in Lhasa on Aug 22nd to 26?

  I will be travelling to Lhasa on 22nd to 26th august. Could you please tell me what the weather likely to be ? and I will arriving on the skytrain from Lanzhou. Any tips? thanks

• it is a good choice to go to Lhasa in August.
  in August, the temperature is quite different from day and night. you can wear summer clothes in the day, but an overcoat or a jacket is needed during night.
  the ultraviolet is very strong in Lhasa, so i suggest you take some long-sleeves shirts to protect your skin from being sunburnt.
  i may also rain in august, so you can take an umbrella.
  anyway, it is a little early to predict the weather in August, you can check the weather before you go.
  due to the high altitude, you may feel uncomfortable when you arrive in Lhasa. so i suggest you to start to jog from now on, so that you will have a strong body for your trip.
