  Is there any restriction to travel by train to Lhasa during late May?

  I intend to travel by train as an individual from Golmud ~ Lhasa ~ Kathmandu in late May. I will be getting my Tibet permit at Golmud. Is there any restriction during this time?

• There seems no restiction during that time. It is OK for you to travel there with tibet entrt permit.
