  How to book a tour to China?

  Hi,
  
  I am from Bangladesh visited China in 2007, but this year the emabssy refued me to give a visa, they reply to join a group, but i looked several travel agency they don't have china tour this moment due to restriction of visa, so what shall i do now? i want to meet my frined there and travell with her. can you suggest me how can i get the visa?
