  Is Guangzhou metro line 3 still working or under construction?

  hello, i m planning to go To Hk from Guangzhou East train station.. can you plz tell me if Metro line3 is working to this route or still under construction..if working,..how much time it takes from airport to east railway station..
  i also would like to know the easiest +cheapest way to get To hk and come back to china. tks in advance.

• you can take subway line 3 from the airport directly to the East railway station.
  as for the easiest and cheapest way to HK, you can take a bullet train from Guangzhou east railway station to Shenzhen railway station, and walk through the Luohu Customs to Hong Kong. about 1 hour, CNY 80
