  Do we need a visa for Hainan if holding a residence permit and Z visa for a year?

  Hi,
  Me and my boyfriend are working in China on a Z visa but want to visit Hainan. I'm from UK, he's from USA. I can't work out whether we need a visa for Hainan if we have a residence permit and Z visa for a year. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

• You can go to Hainan to go sightseeing since you have a Z Visa and a residence permit for a year. You are allowed to stay in China's territory within a year. Remember to renew your Visa and residence permit and check its expiry date.
