  What is the best way from Sha Tin, Hongkong to Lantau, Victoria Peak and Ladies Shopping Market?

  I am arriving in Hong Kong for a 4 day trip in June with my son and will be staying in Sha Tin. What is the best mode of transportation to go to Lantau, Victoria Peak and Ladies Shopping Market. Will it be cheaper to get Octopus card to buy tickets separately for each destination?

• yes, you will get a discount if you buy tickets with the Octopus card.
  from Sha Tin to Lantau: Walk to Pok Hong Bus Terminus to take bus E42 and get off at Shun Tung bus stop and walk to the Tung Chung cable car station to get to the Lantau Island.
  to Victoria Peak: Walk to Sha Tin Wai Station to take the metro Ma On Shan Line and transfer to East Rail Line at Tai Wai Station station; get off at Hung Hom Station and Take exit Hung Hom Station Exit A1, Walk to Cross Harbour Tunnel and take the Bus No.101 towards Kennedy Town Bus Terminus. get off at the Bank of China Tower, Queensway, and walk to the peak tram station to take the peak tram;
  to Ladies Shopping market: Walk to Sha Tin Wai Station to take the metro Ma On Shan Line and transfer to East Rail Line at Tai Wai Station station; get off at Mong Kok East Station, and walk to the Ladies street.
