Question about Xian Attractions

  Can we squeeze in time to visit Xian as well for our 4-5 day trip of Beijing?

  Hi! I would be visiting Beijing during the winter months with the kids. Do you think I can squeeze in time to visit xian as well for our 4-5 day trip? what places do you recommend during those time. Will we see snow? thanks

• Yes. You can have time to visit Xian if you do not have many plans in Beijing. Two days in Xian is enough. You can get to the Terra Cotta and get around the city street to see Bell Tower and Drum Tower, or to see the Big Wide Goose Pagoda North Square at night. If you are interested in history, you can get to Shaanxi Historical Museum and climb to the City Wall the next day. Then get a night train back to Beijing. It is hard to tell if you can see snow during your stay in Beijing and Xian, for it is just five days at the most. Xian did not have obvious snowfall at all.

• Xi'an is worth to visit.You can go to Terra-Cotta,Huaqing Hot Springs,the Big Wildgoose Pagoda,City Wall,Bell Tower and Drum Tower.It will just take you 3 days.so ,welcome to Xi'an.
