Question about Luggage Allowance in China

  What is the allowable check in luggage and the carry on luggage for economy class tickets?

  we are going to china on a 14 days tour and will be leaving
  NY by china air to Shanghai connecting from Bejiing. We have an economy class ticket and I would like to know the
  allowable check in luggage and the carry on luggage.
  My husband will have his backpack and will he be allowed
  to have another carry on lugggage. For the women aside for handbag are we still allowed to have a carry on.

• fro check in luggage, each of you can check in two pieces and each of the luggage should be within 50 pounds.
  as for carry on luggage, each of you is allowed to take one piece which is within 11 pounds.
