How can we get visit visa to Hongkong holding UK passport ?

Hi There,
I am a soldier in British Army holding Neplese passport and my wife holding spouse visa for United kingdo. Both of us in Uk and planning to visit honkong.How can we get visit visa to Hongkong please?If you know the number to contact then that will be much more appriciated. I have already contacted chinese embassy and chinese visa centre doesn't do it.

2. your valid passport with blank visa pages and one recent photo;
3. a copy of the data page of your passport;
4. a copy of your UK visa if you need visa to come to UK;
5. your banking statement for last 3 months;
6. booking information of return flight ticket and accommodation in HK;
