  How should I go about obtaining a tourist visa?

  am a Congolese national, holding a Congolese (Democratic Republic of Congo) passport. However I live in the UK and my permanent home is here in the UK. I have no limits on my UK visa as it is an indefinite leave to remain in the UK visa. Anyhow, I want to visit Macau next year as a tourist and i just wanted to know how i should go about obtaining a tourist visa. I know that I require a visa to enter Macau, but I don't know how to obtain it and where? There doesn't seem to be an embassy in the UK and their website is all in chinese, so I can't even obtain the information I need from there. Please tell me how i can obtain a tourist visa to Macau when I have a Democratic Republic of Congo passport?
