  How to get to Xian fro Dali?

  Hello,
  I am looking for transportation to Xi'an from Dali. What options are there? Thank you!

• No matter whether you go to Xian by air or by train, Kunming would be your vital stop on the way. there are no direct flights and trains between Dali and Xian. By train, it takes around 45 hours from Xian to Kunming. you can go to Kunming by air or by coach from Dali. Then I suggest you to take an airplane to go to Xian. If you can purchase a 70 percent off flight ticket. it would be better. (Sometimes, flight ticket is even not more expensive than train ticket.)
