  How can I get married with a Chinese girl?

  dear sir;
  im a filipino working in china and i have a chinese girlfriend we wanted to get married in the philippinebut she doesnt have a passport yet. though i know its easy to get a passport but the problem is going out of china. i hope i can get your advice thank you

• after she get the passport, she still need to obtain a visa to the Philippines, which allows her to get married in the Philippines.
