  How to apply for my "No Criminal Record" in Philippine for my visa to China?

  I am in Guangzhou now. I applied for a working Visa, all the documents were ok except for my "No Criminal Record" document. They asked me to go back to the Philippines to submit the "No Criminal Record" document to have a certificate on it. Do I need to go back or I can just let one of my family member to get it for me? What are the needed documents to certify my "No Criminal Record" document? Thank you....

• you can ask a family member to get it for you, if it does not work, you have to go back to apply it.
  as for the documents, you need to consult the NBI.
