  Can I get the Chinese visa through mail?

  Hi I want to go to China for summer vacations, I am from Argentine and I have a Japanese visa As I live in Ehime..It is very difficult for me to go to Osaka
  can I get the chinese visa through mailwhat can I do.? Thank you in advance

• the ambassy or consulate usually does not accept application by mail. if you can not go there, you may entrust a traval agency or visa agency to apply it for you.
