Question about Shanghai Pudong International Airport

  Can I get a transit tour at Pudong airport like in Singapore if I have no Chinese visa?

  Hi,
  I am flying from Switzerland to Sydney on Air China and the flight change is in Shanghai with 12 hours at the Pudong airport. I would like to go out and see the city. is there a tour or something from Pudong (like at Singapore airport) or can I go out? I have no CHinese visa and I am travelling on a Russian passport.

  you can not leave the airport without a Chinese visa.
