Question about Xian Transportation

  Can I buy Lanzhou to Lhasa and Xining to Lhasa train tickets at Xian station? Which Xian station?

  I am travelling on 26 Oct. Is it safe to buy the tickets for soft sleeper 3 days before departure? May I know how much it cost?

• yes Joey,
  you can buy the tickets in Xian Railway Station, but you'd better book the ticket 10 days in advance.
  the ticket price from Lanzhou to Lhasa is CNY 366 for hard sleeper, and that for train from Xining to Lhasa is CNY 344 for hard sleeper.
