  what is the weather in Hangzhou during the Spring Festival? what clothes should i take?

• January and Feburary are the coldest monthes, and the lowest temperature is around -3 or -4 degrees Celsius, but usually above zero. however, it is quite wet in Hangzhou, so i think you still need to ware warm clothes such as sweater and down jacket.
