  What to wear from 23 Feb 2012 to 27 Feb2012 in Taipei?

  Hi, I am going to to Taipei from 23-27 Feb2012. could anyone advise what kind of clothes to bring and wear?
  I am rather confused.

• In February, it is usually cold and rainy in Taipei and Yilan, while it is cool and sunny in the west, middle and eastern part of Taiwan. So sweater and jacket will be needed to Taipei then, and the other places, you may just wear a long-sleeved T-shirt plus a jacket.
