  What are the requirements for new applicant of Chinese Visa in manila, Philippines?

  dear sir,
  gud day!! i have a china visa before but i haven't use it coz i didn't go to china at all.. i want 2 know the requirements 'coz i will apply for a tourist visa again...and what are the requirements for new applicant of visa...where can i visit your office here in manila..and what is your office hour or contact no.?!
