  Visa application for Malaysian to China in Singapore

  hi,
  
  my 76 years old aunt is coming from Malaysia to visit us in Singapore on 27/6 (Wed).. if we want to bring her along to China for relative visiting.. can we apply visa for her in Singapore? She's holding a Malaysia ordinary passport and the white card while entering Singapore from Malaysia. What's the visa type to apply? Where and how many days it takes? we will depart from Singapore on 3/7 (Tue) 7:20am.. perhaps an express service? how much is the visa fee?

• Hi Fiona,
  your aunt can not apply the Chinese visa in Singapore as non-Singapore citizens shall provide valid residence permit in Singapore, and temperoray visitors, as your aunt's case, should apply the visa in their own country.
  so you can tell her to apply the visa in Malaysia before going to Singapore, and there is express service, which one can obtain the visa within one working day.
