Question about China Embassy in Germany

  What documents do I need to travel to China? I have a Hellenic nationality and live in Munich

  I am Greek having the Hellenic (Greek) nationality and I live in Germany, Munich since end of March 2012. I need to travel to China for business reasons. I am an external consultant for BMW AG.
  
  I already have the following documents:
  
  1. invitation letter from the BMW in China, Beijing
  2. Filled out the order form and the application form for the VISA.
  
  I am travelling on the 11th of August 2012 but I have to hand in my passport on the 6th since before that date I will be in Malaysia again for business reason with BMW. Is it possible that I get the passport in time?
  Do you need a confirmation for the flight and the hotel as well?

• yes, it is possible.
  the visa processing time is usually 4 -5 working days, but you can apply for the express or urgent serivice so that you can collect your visa and passport the second working day.
  confirmation of the flight and hotel is not necessary.
  as you are not a German, you also need to sumbit the residence permit or valid visa in Germany (if any).
