  go back to your home country to get a Z working visa?

  Hello, I am from Colombia and applying for a Chinese working visa. In the labor department says that I need to go back to Colombia to get a working visa, can a get one in HK o macau with all the rights documents? Or I really need to go back to Colombia to get the propely visa.

• hi Sergio,
  yes, you can apply the working visa in Hong Kong, but by your future employer should state that you will apply the visa in Hong Kong in the Authorized Invation Letter.
