Question about China F Visa (Business/Visit Visa)

  Invitation letter for an F visa

  Hi! My name is Rose and I am currently assisting in processing an F visa for a Filipino consultant who will be traveling to our company in Shanghai to meet with our team. We have prepared a company invitation letter for him (complete with letterhead, chop, contact person etc) but I heard that this may not be enough as some embassies require an actual invitation from the Chinese government.
  
  Is this the case for the Philippines? Our consultant has traveled to Shanghai a couple of months ago on a tourist visa. Thank you and best regards.

• an invitation letter from your company is ok, but you may also need to provide the documents that can prove you are a legal unit in China, such as the copy of your business license, tax returns. please consult the Chinese Embassy in the Philipines for detailed information.
