Question about Beijing

  transit visa in Beijing

  Hi, I'm a Malaysian passport holder can I apply visa when I reach Beijing airport? As I know I have 24hrs layover permit but my transit time Beijing to Malaysia is 26hrs and my plan is to stay inside the airport till boarding time.Please advice , thanks

• no, you can not apply transit visa when you arrive in Beijing, but you have to obtain it through the Chinese embassy in your country or the place you are working in or living in.
