  Red Stamp mean how long no take visa.

  Dear Sir/Madam
  have a nice day.
  what the meaning of red stamp which i got from china embassy Islamabad Pakistan, before i have own company in china Xinjiang Kashgar china.
  and 2007 to 2008 Feb 12 i have Z business visa but 2008 my company documents renew late so me overstay in china for 12 days after i get my company document and i go to Visa officer in china office but they ask me go back no extant my Z visa because me are overstay in china.
  
  and that man keep my passport and company documents and give me star visa and go back Pakistan,and after i apply again in china embassy Pakistan before 2009, so after embassy give me without visa and my passport last page red stamp.
  
  and me still want china visa so tell me any good way please.

• what does the red stamp says? is there any word on it?
  i think you can renew your passport and try to apply the Chinese visa.
