  how do I get a Hongkong Visa S2 here in Cebu City, Philippines?

  My sister is a resident in Hongkong. She invited me to stay for 45 days in Hongkong this coming Nov. 4. Can I process the S2 Visa here in Cebu City, Philippines? What are the requirements? Thanks, Jhong

• you need to apply the visa through the Chinese Embassy or Consulate General in the Philippines.
  As a Filipino passport holder, you are exempt from Hong Kong visa for 14 days, you can try to have your stay extended in hong Kong. in this way, you don't need to apply the visa.
  since your sister is living in hong Kong, you'd better ask her to consult the hong Kong immigration for detailed information, as the requirements changes sometimes.
