  I am Egyptian, living in japan, I need visa study in china funded my self, can I apply in japan

  and any documents required for funded my self in china
  can I do physical examination at any public hospital in japan

• I just heard it is easy to get a L or G visa for your case. But you can go to the Chinese embassy or consulate for consulation. Maybe you can successfully get a X1 or X2 visa as well.
  
  If it works, here are the general documents you need to prepare:
  Passport; Visa Application Form and Photo; Proof of legal stay or residence status in Japan; Original and photocopy of the Admission Letter issued by a school or other entities in China.
