Question about Visa Refusal
-
I have now been refused a visa to china for the second time from the Auckland, NZ China consulate.
I believe due to some minor convictions. Would it be easier to apply from HK or Vietnam ? would these place look more favourably at my application.. I am married to a Chinese national and the marriage has been authenticated and accepted by the Chinese Embassy in Auckland. However they still refused the visa.

- If that is minor conviction, you can turn to an agent. Sometimes it is much easier to get the visa through them than through the embassy. Just have a try and good luck. Answered by Jessica (Canada) | Apr. 12, 2015 04:12
