Question about China Embassy in Spain

  Can I obtain a Z visa in Barcelona (I have all documentation and currently staying in France)?

  I am being sent all the necessary documentation from China to apply for Z Visa. Am visiting with my mother, who lives permanently in Perpignan and will not be going back to the UK before I fly off to Shanghai. Can I come to the Chinese Consulate in Barcelona and have the Z visa issued there? Will I be able to do this in one day? If not, how long would it take?
