Question about Visa Refusal

  Visa rejection

  Hi I applied for an M visa for China but it was rejected in Hong Kong with no stated reason. I'm applying again in Australia should I state that the visa was rejected before? and also is it likely after you've been rejected that you will be successful the second time? Please get back to me as soon as you can thank you.
