Question about Great Wall in Tianjin

  Unrestored part of the Tianjin Great wall

  I would like to go to an unrestored part of the Tianjin Great Wall. I read this on your webbsite:
  The middle section brick-built wall from the Duntai to Huangyaguan has been destroyed, but the stone-built walls on both sides still remain in good condition.
  
  Is it possible to visit? If so, what is the starting and finishing point?

• Hi, I'm afraid there is no direct bus that would take you to the unrestored part of the Great wall. You can pay a visit to Huangyaguan Great Wall, which is majestic and magnificent. If you want to get to Huangyaguan Great Wall from Tianjin, you can take a long-distance bus from Tianjin Tongsha Passenger Station to Huangyaguan Great Wall directly, or take a bus from Tianjin Tongsha Passenger Station to Jixian County, and it takes about 1.5h. Upon arrival, take Jixian Bus No. 3 or a taxi to the Great Wall.

• Okey, I need no bus to take me there I will drive my car. If I drive is it possible to go to the unrestored part of the Tianjin Great Wall?
