  Can i ask my friend go to China Embassy to help me apply my China Visa?

  I am holding singapore PR now, i want to apply China visa, going there for holidays on next month. Cause some reason, i can't going apply by myself, can i ask my friend go to China Embassy there, to help me apply my China Visa? If can, what documents should i bring on? Thanks

• you can ask your friend to go to China embassy in Singapore to submit application and pick visa up. But if consul officials want to ask you some questions, you need appear the embassy in person.
  Required Documents:
  1/ your original passport with blank visa pages and at least 6 months remaining validity (counted from the date of application)
  2/ a clearly, truly completed Visa Application Form of P.R.of China (new edition) attached one recent passport style photo.
  3/ Order of plane ticket to China.
  4/ copy of Hotel booking
