  Can I book soft sleeper from Luoyang to Pingyao at Xi'an railway station?

  Can I book soft sleeper from Luoyang to Pingyao at Xi'an railway station, train number 1166 or is it 1167? and what letter train is this.
  Is the station sign at Pingyao in English and Chinese?

• The train no. 1166/1167 is right, and almost all of the train stations in China are marked both in Chinese and English. When you reach at Pingyao, the steward will notice you to get off.
