  Will the weather be good enough to go to the Buddhu and the Peak tram in Hongkong in the late Feb ?

  I am in Hong Kong on the evening of 24th Feb to 27th Feb. Will the weather be good enough to go to the Buddhu and to go on the Peak tram ?

• it rains recently, but will get sunny around Feb. 20th. you may check the weather three days before your departure.
